Ring Sling

A Mei Tai features a body panel, shoulder straps and waist straps.  The shoulder straps can be padded or unpadded.  This carrier requires tying of the straps, but because it can be tied in any number of ways, this carrier is very versatile.

This carrier can be worn front and back as well as in a hip carry, and comes in three options: Baby (0-18 months) Toddler (12-36 months) or Infant-to-Toddler (0-36 months).

A mei tai can be worn with a newborn on the back for experienced wearers.

A ring sling consists of one long piece of fabric (1.80-2.80 meters) and has two rings attached to one end.  The other side of the fabric is threaded through the rings, forming a pouch for the baby that can be infinitely adjusted.  A ring sling is a one size fits all and can be used from newborn to toddler.  It can be used for front, back and hip carries.  It's perfect for newborns and for toddlers who want to be up and down constantly.
